Kristi Kaufman, a native Oregonian, moved to Bend in 1997 and has two decades of experience as a tough negotiator in the courtroom and boardroom as a real estate and business lawyer. She has been licensed in the State of Oregon as a Broker since 2006, when she began transitioning her career to practice Real Estate full-time. Her background and broad span of knowledge of Central Oregon provides exceptional value for investors, buyers and sellers.
Kristi and her husband have raised their 2 kids in Bend, and she has been committed to the excellence of the area schools. Kristi has been involved in many local and regional non-profits and served on numerous executive committees. Catherine Scanland's real estate background stems from a long line of family members in the residential real estate business. Born and raised in Palo Alto, Catherine earned her California real estate license in 1996. She worked with the top producing team in Palo Alto and then with a developer in downtown San Francisco. Her experience selling in Silicon Valley taught her how to handle the most complex real estate transactions with savvy buyers and sellers.
Catherine moved with her family to Bend in 2006 to enjoy the Central Oregon lifestyle. Licensed in the State of Oregon since 2012, she and her business partner, Kristi Kaufman, have been top producers for the past 7 years and counting.

Heidi Crowell began working for Kristi and Catherine as the Transaction Coordinater in 2023. Heidi has a background in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance, and has worked for a local software company for the past five years as a Business Administrator. Heidi has always had a casual interest in real estate, so working with Kristi, Catherine, and Coldwell Banker is a great fit.
Heidi moved to Bend in 2018 with her husband and two children from the San Francisco Bay Area. After coming to Bend for the first time to visit friends, she and her family had fallen in love with Bend, and made the decision to make the move a few months later.
Heidi spends her free time with her friends and family, and loves to watch her kids' high school and club sports.
